Ten years ago, not many of us were concerned about managing a customer portal. Today, whether our customers are home buyers, property tenants, property asset investors or trade partners, they are all inclined to sign in to a portal and review their information. They expect a web based portal they can access from anywhere. They expect the site to be secure and protect their information, and they expect easy access to contact information.
